What We Do.
Who Will Lead Them, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization that provides professional level leadership coaching, counseling, and training for youth, individuals, and nonprofits at reduced costs, with the intent to develop and equip better leaders for today.
Who We Help.
If you are in a leadership role, regardless of industry or company size, we can help you become a better leader. We coach, support, train and equip individuals in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Proceeds from our coaching services as well as donations allow us to provide high-quality training for those leaders, organizations, and ministries who would not otherwise have the opportunity or access.
About Us
With over 30 years of nonprofit experience between them, Dr. Laban and Shenette Doyle bring a deep desire to see others become better equipped and more fully developed for leading in everyday circumstances.​Dr. Laban Doyle's experience has been a unique blend in nonprofit management and ministry development. with an expertise in Executive Leadership. He also has a background in Pastoral Counseling. His desire is to see everyday people, excel as exceptional leaders.​Shenette Doyle is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, with a specialty in transitional and crisis management. Along with a background in nonprofit development and management, her desire is to encourage young men and women to discover and fulfill their life's purpose.
